We treat a full range of dental emergencies, including if you have chipped a tooth. We can schedule you in as soon as possible for an emergency appointment.
Chipping a tooth is actually easier than it sounds. Chipped teeth can occur from something as violent as head trauma or something as innocent as biting into a piece of food. Chipped teeth can be dangerous and potentially hazardous to your oral health so the sooner you contact your dentist the better.
As soon as a tooth is chipped, assess the damage and stop the bleeding by applying gauze or rinsing with warm salt water. If you need to take over the counter medication to relieve pain do not apply it directly to the affected area. Please contact us to set up an emergency appointment as soon as possible. At the appointment your dentist will evaluate the injury and explain a possible treatment plan. Treatment options include dental bonding or dental crowns.
We follow the British Columbia Dental Association Fee Guide to ensure high quality dentistry is affordable and transparent.
We’ll charge your insurance company directly. If your insurance plan doesn’t cover 100% of the treatment, you’ll just have to pay the difference.
Many of our patients pay out of pocket with cash, credit card, debit etc. We also offer in-house financing or third party financing through iDental.

During your first visit we will take some X-Rays and give you a tour of your mouth with our intra oral scanners. Then, we'll learn about your oral health goals and give you any applicable treatment options.
Once you know what is going on inside of your mouth, you make the treatment decisions that are best for you. We will never be pushy or recommend treatment that you don't need.
